HT-502 je SIP 2.0 kompatibilan uređaj koji sadrži 2 FXS ulaza, dvostruki 10M/100Mbps ethernet ulaz sa integriranim NAT routerom, LED za status ulaza i poruka te stalak za okomito pozicioniranje. Uređaj podržava Universal Plug-in-Play (UPnP) standard, do 2 SIP računa te standardne i napredne funkcije u telefoniji. HT-502 pruža napredni stupanje sigurnosti i pruža automatsko zaštitu koristeći simetrične i asimetrične kompresije zvuka/RTPa u bilo kojem razgovoru.
